Privacy Policy

neogenai.si (“we”, “us”) is an early-access product that rewrites e-commerce product listings for other markets. You can reach us at founder@neogenai.si.

Design partner form. If you apply to become a design partner we receive your work email (required) and, if you choose to give them, your store address, platform, catalog size and the markets you want to sell in. We also record the time you sent the form.

The demo. When you press Localize, we receive the listing text you pasted and the market you chose, only to produce your result.

Technical data. We use your IP address to apply a daily limit on demo runs. That limit is a counter that expires after about two days. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, also processes technical request data such as IP address and browser details in order to deliver and protect the site.

Usage totals. To manage costs we keep daily totals of demo usage: the number of runs and the tokens used. These totals contain neither your text nor your IP address.

Analytics and security. Cloudflare measures aggregate page views with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites, and runs bot-detection scripts to protect the site.

• Cloudflare, which hosts the site and stores early access sign-ups.
• A third-party AI model provider, which processes the text you paste into the demo in order to generate the result. It handles that text under its own terms and privacy commitments.

We do not sell personal information and we do not run advertising.

We do not keep the listing text you paste into the demo on our own systems. It is passed to the AI provider to produce your result and is not saved by us afterwards.

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and does not track you across other websites.

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or stop its use, or give you a copy. Email founder@neogenai.si and we will respond. If you are in the European Union, you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority. In Slovenia that is the Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec).

Cloudflare and the AI provider may process information in countries other than your own, including outside the European Economic Area, under the safeguards each of them maintains.

This site is for businesses and is not directed to children.
