neogenai.si is an early-access preview. Features may change, pause or be removed. Joining the list or using the demo does not create an obligation for us to supply a product, and pricing has not been decided.

Results from the demo are produced by an AI model. They can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your market. You are responsible for reviewing any result before you use or publish it, especially anything involving legal, safety, health or regulated claims. Results are not professional advice.

• Only submit text you have the right to submit. Please do not submit personal data about other people, or confidential or sensitive information.
• You keep your rights in what you submit.
• You allow us, and the providers we use, to process it for the purpose of producing your result, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Please do not:

• break the law or use the service to deceive or harm others;
• get around the demo limits or overload the service;
• scrape the site or automate the demo;
• probe or attack the security of the site or its providers.

We may limit or block access if these rules are not followed.

We decide who is accepted as a design partner. If you share feedback, we may use it to improve the product without obligation to you.

The site, the software, the name and the logo belong to us or our licensors. These terms do not give you any right to use them beyond using the service as intended.

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as is and as available, without promises about accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profit or revenue, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms or suspend the service. When the terms change, we will update the date at the top of this page.
